Digital Archive launched at the John Gray Centre

East Lothian's Remembering Together digital archive has now been launched at the John Gray Centre in Haddington. The John Gray Centre is an interactive museum at the heart of the county and hosts East Lothian's Archives, the Local History Centre, a county-wide Museum and Haddington's branch library.

Lead artists Barbara Gardner-Rowell and Sophie Ferguson say:

'As we listened to people speaking about their personal experiences of life under lockdown it became apparent that this project is above all about community – the ordinary people who come together in times of crisis and do extraordinary things. We have been really blessed to meet some of these very special people in the course of our enquiries and this archive shines a spotlight on them in the process of Remembering Together.
