Welcome to Moray

Moray is an area of great natural beauty and widespread natural resources with a largely rural ambience. Moray’s population is widespread across 7 designated ASG areas: Buckie, Elgin, Fochabers, Forres, Keith, Lossiemouth and Speyside with communities in between. Many residents know Moray as an area of strong inter-community and cross community links. 

There are a number of artists and community led projects already happening across Moray, including two Culture Collectives with multiple artists in residence, Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund projects administered by tsiMoray and other NHS community fund projects. The commissioned artist/practitioner/collective will need to work alongside and in collaboration with the existing projects and ensuring voices from across the area are heard.

Remembering Together: Moray will be delivered by greenspace scotland supported by Moray Council, tsiMoray, Findhorn Bay Arts, M:ADE, Moray College UHI, Fairer Moray Forum Action Group and Moray Lieutenancy.
